My Ultramarines. Scratchbuilt Terminators (before the new plastic ones, mine are still bigger), Rhinos with more resin than plastic and a Land Raider with lights.

My 2007 Vegas Grand Tournament Army. Out of 162 guys, I came in 42. My best since I started going to GT's in 1999. Of course, this army is way out of my norm for an army. This list totally reaks of cheese! I wanted to try and win most of my games this time. Since my rut for the dozen or so times I've gone to the tournament is two wins, two losses and a tie. I broke the streak this time (three wins, one loss and a tie), but I was hammered on my sportsmanship. So from now on I'm going back to my usual balanced army lists. I may not win every game, but my opponents will have more fun.
It's 1750 points worth of droppoddy short range melta/assault cannon shooty death. I threw in Chief Librarian Tiggy to get the nasty 24" Fear of the Darkness psychic power. The plan was to drop in close, shoot everything that wasn't blue and "Boo" what every is left. Great plan... unless you face one hundred and fifty plus orks on foot. That was a harsh game. =)

Here is a horrible little movie I made with my cell phone of my display for the Baltimore GT this year. It took me less than an hour to paint and about two hours to cut out. It shows. Alas, I just don't care about the GT's anymore. Bring back fun games with my friends!

Update!: The Emperor's Holy Toenails!!! Looks like the Baltimore GT was a good one to go out on. I took third place for "Best Painted". Now I know there were some awesome armies out there (like Michael S.'s Black Templar army, I hate Demolishers) that were painted better than mine overall. I think that the judges must have liked my Tigurius and Honor Guard. They were the only models in the force that I slaved over. At least I hope they are what the Judges liked. It would suck if they went for the Marines that I painted with a GW Tank Brush.

New dreadnought for the Ultra's. Venerable dreadnought for the first company, Vererated Brother Spurius Priscus Equitius. He's equiped with a plasma cannon and dreadnought close combat weapon. All attached with magnets. In the works are an assault cannon, missile launcher, inferno cannon and an assault drill.

Working on some new guys to fill out my Third Company. I've also got around to making Shrike in his Ultramarine disguise. Figure he'll come in handy with a full assault squad and a Crusader full of Assault Terminators. =)	Ok, after a marathon 22 hour straight painting session... 10 Assault Marines and Ultrashrike are (mostly) done. I still need to go back and put the Blood Red and Blood Red/Golden Yellow mix layers on the normal troopers weapons. Since I can't see that well right now, that can wait until later.

I wanted to add a Land Speeder Storm to my force to mesh with Shrike. So, I got one. Nice model. I would like to get two more, but not for a while. The problem is that I need to paint 5 scouts to go with it. Not to mention the six that are on it. So for a full compliment of three Storms, I have to paint 33 scouts. Not sure I feel like doing that. =)

Some Inquisitorial support for the boys in blue. Here is the Deamonhunter Inquisitor and retinue. The Servo Skull is his Familiar. The Scientist (from Talasman Timescape) and the Navigator are his Mystics. The two Mystics help out with those pesky deep strikers. Team them up with the Thunderfire for tons of fun. The little lady is death on small important units like Command Squads, Devastators and Long Fangs. The AP1 template weapon is a little scary too.

Still working on the gunner Techmarine. Still, I'm quite happy to have this mutant Thudd Gun in my army. A little long range firepower is always nice. Sticking it a ruin with the Techmarines 'Bolster Defenses' gives it a nice 3+ cover save too. Its always fun to have your opponent blow up the gun and do a little victory dance. Then watch thier face once a 2+ armour save guy with a twin linked plasma pistol, flamer and two servo-arm attacks comes flying out of the ruins all pissed off. It sucks though when the gunner goes down first. =(
